We love exploring the cities we call home through your eyes; in this Insta-round up, we look at how best to capture Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district on camera.

Situated in the north-east of Germany’s capital city, Prenzlauer Berg was the heart of Berlin’s bohemian boom after the wall came down. Nearly three decades later, this creative but laid-back area has a strong foodie scene and ample beer gardens.

Mauerpark is Prenzlauer Berg’s most iconic green space, hosting a flea market on Sundays that attracts thousands of visitors every weekend. It’s also is a great place to catch a open-air concert in the summer.

Prater Garten has been serving up beer to the PB residents in its grand beer garden for over 150 years, whilst Vietnamese restaurant Anjoy has become a local hotspot since opening last summer.

In the second of our Instagramable Berlin series we explore the city’s Prenzlauer Berg area: the different ways to see this district through your camera and some key locations to try on your adventure.
