Can I change my booking?

If you chose the Flexible Rate option, you can easily make changes by reaching out to us through the methods on our contact page or by using our chat option when accessing your reservation.

Please note that this option is available if done more than 24 hours before check-in time.

If you booked via a third party, please change your booking directly with them. If you paid for your booking in advance, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended.
