• What counts as a group booking at Generator London?
  Any crew of 10 or more counts as a group. You’ll get special rates, flexible room options and your own contact to make planning easy.
• How do I make a group booking or get a quote?
  Just drop us an email at groups.gepar@staygenerator.com or fill in the group enquiry form – we’ll get back fast with a custom quote and hold rooms while you finalise details.
• Can I pay with one invoice or separately?
  Whatever suits you best. We can handle one full invoice or split payments between guests.
• What’s your group cancellation policy?
  It depends on your travel dates and group size, but we always confirm the details upfront and try to stay flexible if plans change.
• Can our group stay together or on the same floor?
  We do our best to keep groups close — ideally on the same floor or in neighbouring rooms.
• What support and access do groups have during their stay?
  Our Duty Manager and Reception team are available 24/7 to help with anything you need during your stay. For your safety, all rooms use a secure key card system — each guest receives a card that must be shown to our Door Security staff when re-entering the building. This ensures smooth access and peace of mind for all group members.
• Do you offer lunch, dinner or full-board meal plans?

  Yes, food and drinks are available on site.

  Breakfast: served daily from 7:00–10:00, with group time slots arranged during busy periods.

  Lunch: available from 12:00–14:00, with light, freshly prepared options that work well between meetings or activities.

  Dinner: group-friendly menus are served from 18:00–22:00 for teams and groups dining together on site. Packed lunches can also be arranged for days out.

• Can you cater for vegetarian, vegan or allergy-friendly diets?

  Absolutely. Our kitchen team regularly prepares meals for groups with dietary needs. Just let us know in advance when booking so we can make the right arrangements.

• Do you provide packed lunches for day trips?
  Yes, packed lunches can be arranged for groups heading out on excursions or day trips. These need to be pre-booked, and you can see examples in our Group Menu.
• Do you have a bar for over 18's?
  Ideal for groups who are 18+ who want to party together, every night is different. The bar is open from 8pm – 2am. We host fun nightly games and prize giveaways, monthly theme parties and exciting hen & stag parties. Over 18’s only in the bar – I.D will be requested.
  
   
• Are there social events we can join during our stay?

  Yes — Generator is known for its lively social spaces and events. Depending on your dates, your group may be able to join DJ nights, bar events, or other activities happening on site. Check out our London events to see what’s on during your stay.

• Do you host stag and hen groups?

  Yes, we welcome stag and hen groups at Generator London. Our team can help organise tailored packages that include accommodation, meals, and local activities — from bar experiences and creative workshops to city tours and private events in our Hilma Bar & Restaurant.

• Can we book spaces for meetings, workshops or private events?
  For sure. We’ve got modern meeting rooms and event spaces that work perfectly for team sessions, workshops and social gatherings.
• We're travelling - can we book multiple Generator Hostels with you?

  Yes! Once you submit your enquiry, one of our friendly group experts will be in touch to help you arrange bookings across multiple Generator hostels. You can also include extra details in the comments section of the enquiry form to make the process even smoother.

• Are bed linen and towels included?
  Bed linen is always included. Towels are not included for groups, but can be added for £5 per person. 
• Is breakfast included for groups?

  Breakfast is included with all group bookings, and you can also add lunch, packed lunch or dinner.

• Can we use your spaces for filming or creative projects?
  Yes — Generator London is open to filming and creative projects, subject to availability and approval. We offer a range of distinctive spaces, including a rooftop, nightclub, bar, and social areas, which are well suited for photo shoots, video productions, and other creative work. Please contact our team in advance with your project details, and we’ll be happy to discuss what’s possible.
• Is Generator London well located?
  Generator London is well connected, with Russell Square and King’s Cross both a short walk away. From here, most of central London is around 10–20 minutes by Tube or bus. King’s Cross & St Pancras also give you fast national and international rail links, while Heathrow is reachable directly by Tube and Gatwick in around 45 minutes by train.
• Is luggage storage available before check-in or after check-out?
  Yes — you can store your bags safely in our lockers before arrival or after check-out, starting from £1.50.
• Do you offer seasonal deals or perks for groups?
  Yes. Keep an eye out for group discounts, flexible rates and little extras like bike-hire deals.
