Check out is 10am for the European properties (11am for the US properties). If you want to indulge in a much-needed lie-in, ask at reception for details about late check out.
2. SMOKE OUTSIDE
If you want to go and have a smoke, whether it’s cigarettes or e-cigarettes, please be good and go outside... otherwise the minimum fine is $250...
3. DON'T PLAY WITH FIRE!
If you hear the fire alarm, leave your room and head to the nearest fire exit. To be on the safe side, get familiar with our fire evacuation sign.
4. DON'T BE CRUMMY
Sorry, no external food and drinks allowed. Fear not, we have plenty of tasty options for you downstairs - so come and eat your heart out!
5. KNOW WHERE TO PARTY
Our social areas are there for you to hang with your friends and have a good time. When heading to your room, please remember to respect your neighbours by keeping the noise to a minimum in the corridors.
6. GENERATOR NEVER SLEEPS
If you ever need anything, just come down to reception - we're here for you 24/7.
7. KEEP FRESH!
Need refresh? Just ask reception for fresh towels or bedding.
8. SAFETY FIRST
Your comfort and security is our highest priority. We have CCTV set up in our public spaces and strong security processes in place. Any problems just give us a shout.
