NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
  • To support PMS configuration of current and new properties
  • User maintenance in PMS and in integrated software products
  • To assign online training to new employees and help them in getting started with the software
  • To overlook MEWS case management, follow up on support tickets
  • To support hotels globally in PMS-related front desk operations
  • To conduct user trainings for PMS and related systems
  • To coordinate software integration (i.e. to CRM, RMS, CRS, POS)
  • To analyse work processes and write SOPs relating to front office operation
  • To overlook quality in operational processes, correct and support the local team

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in working in operational hotel departments such as Front Office/ Reservations will be advantageous
