Content & Social Media Manager - Head Office

Social Media Management

  • Daily social media management (content ideation/conception, coordinating the designer to create the ideated content, content plans, posting of social content, following the social media strategy)
  • Community management to increase engagement and visibility
  • Research, learn and implement best practices
  • Write documents and reports to share plans and results with key stakeholders

Editorial and Content Management

  • Copy writing - create, edit and publish inspiring content that elicits positive emotions around the travel & lifestyle experience
  • Plan and deliver a content calendar, including channel specific distribution plan
  • Ensure that content on all websites and other digital platforms is an accurate representation of our brand and products, audited regularly and that all pages are commercially presented to aid/support the overall brand experience and conversion
  • Work closely with other team members to plan content to support our paid activities
  • Create and tell the stories that showcase our brands, our hotels and our people
  • Support our communication strategy, define messaging, and increase engagement across multiple channels like blog, social media and website
  • Create and refine engaging text, graphics, and video content for social media accounts in collaboration with other team members

Brand Management

  • Brand activity ideation (based on brand guidelines defining brand activities such as social videos, campaigns, Guerrilla tactics, events, launch parties, brand partnership activities etc.)
  • Quality management regarding brand standards social media collateral, hotel collateral and partnership collateral

Admin Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Senior Brand Manager
  • Liaise with hotel stakeholders and suppliers on all aspects of cost relating to marketing activities
  • Follow up on supplier invoicing and hotel purchase orders
  • Support on the internal communication of marketing initiatives and campaign reports

  • Must be passionate about digital marketing, social media, marketing and communications with a minimum of 1-2 years practical work experience in a relevant environment
  • Outstanding communicator who is a native or idiomatically fluent level of English
  • Good to have experience working in the hotel/hospitality sector
  • Excellent communications skills both written and spoken
  • Must have knowledge of social media marketing and how brands use it to increase engagement, brand awareness and use it as a revenue stream
  • Must have knowledge of content writing for various platforms
  • Must be organised with experience in time & project management ability to multi-task
  • Must be experienced in using MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive
  • Good to have experience working with CMS’ and other relevant marketing platforms
  • Good to have Creative and solution-focused approach
  • Good to have Analytical skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
