NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

  • Reporting to the Head of Online and eCommerce, you will lead, execute, and manage the following channel: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Travel Meta search websites.
  • Regularly analyse digital ROI and optimise budget to ensure revenue and traffic targets are being met.
  • Continually evaluating web performance and update the online plan with critical learnings.
  • Creating the programmatic flow for the eCRM journeys for customers through the ESP, with tailored email flows, nurture and lead programs, basket abandonment and behavioural marketing.
  • Support the Ecommerce team and relevant agencies in the auditing, improvement and development of property website content and booking engine, in line with brand standards.
  • Keep the hotel and F&B website updated with accurate information and relevant offers.
  • Ensure all 3rd party channel (OTA’s, GDS channels, directory sites, etc) content is kept up-to-date including property features, amenities, descriptions, images and offers.
  • Support the Ecommerce team with the development, building and roll out of CRM campaigns.
  • Executing the digital road map.
  • Coordinating 3rd party technology and service providers.
  • Drive brand consistency across all channels, ensuring content is curated according to Generators brand guidelines.

WHAT’S IN YOUR DNA

  • Excellent with data and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Basic data query and Tableau skills are a plus.
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail, organised and methodical approach.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and ability to multitask various administrative skills.
  • Interested in digital innovation, latest eCommerce trends, and technical improvements.
  • Knowledge and eventual certification of the following tools is an advantage: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Travel Meta Search Marketing platform, CRM and database management.
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
 

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience at an entry level digital marketing position.
  • Degree in Statistics, Data Scientist, Economics or Digital Marketing.
  • Any certifications with Google solutions listed above is a plus.
  • Experience across hospitality is a plus.
  • A genuine interest and enthusiasm for creative marketing.
