  • Implementing new PR strategy with our partner PR agency both in Europe and the US ensuring that activity and promotional engagement are increased as agreed by C-Suite
  • Further developing our 3rd partners to drive both brand awareness and revenue opportunity
  • Reviewing our PR strategy across all PR channels both in increase reach and engagement across all brands
  • The PR Manager will contribute to the company success and growth by leading and co-ordinating the company’s relationship with our external PR agency and ultimately the media to consistently generate high quality, positive media coverage
  • The PR Manager will champion and defend the brand guidelines globally
  • They will assume responsibility for the local PR activation and optimisation and delivery of brand strategy and marketing campaigns to ensure the brand best connects with its audiences, to maximise admits, share and profitability.

  • You like to write and know a good email from a bad one – press pitching, and polite follow ups come naturally and you’re confident responding to requests big and small.
  • You’re super organised and pay attention to detail.
  • You’re naturally curious and want to challenge the status quo by bringing your own ideas to the fore – we welcome innovative ideas from all areas of the business
  • Experience in hospitality isn’t a must but we do want you to be genuinely interested in our industry; whether that’s a love for a delicious meal, a decent drink, a cosy bed or a travel adventure
  • Someone proactive and able to work independently but likes being sociable & collaborative too
  • A great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level

  • 3+ years PR experience and eager to further learn, by supporting a fast-paced function in an ever expanding company
  • Experience of creating, developing, implementing multiple marketing campaigns and strategic communications 
  • Experience of developing and planning multichannel advertising, media, promotional and POS plans
  • A strong background in measuring campaign performance and driving ROI
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to support multiple projects within agreed timelines
  • Able to write comprehensive reports and project updates with insights, conclusions and recommendations
  • Experience working within a client-side PR role
  • Experience of managing the creation and distribution of PR and external communications in a consumer facing business
  • Work with our external PR agency to drive successful campaigns and openings for three exciting brands and help bring brand partnerships to life
  • We’ll need you to be on it with ensuring that our external PR agency is executing and delivering great results and prepare monthly PR reports and campaign wrap reports
  • You’ll liaise across teams at HO and Hotels and need to keep an organised calendar for booking press and influencers in for review stays and meals, as well as handling follow ups and monitoring coverage
  • You’ll support PR campaigns, generating high impact press coverage that raises awareness of the respective brands amongst its target audiences
  • You’ll be an inbox whizz and handle any reactive press requests for the two brands
  • Manage and monitor social channels where relevant, working with the Social Media team on campaigns and projects.
