YOU WILL:
  • Report to the FB Manager  
  • Work well independently or with the team and take full ownership of our Food Offering 
  • Give input to the FB Manager and General Manager on menu creativity with the courage to try something different and deliver innovative, locally inspired food & beverage offerings appropriate to the guest community.
  • Keep up to date with local food trends 
  • Carry out all preparatory tasks ensuring good quality produce at all times 
  • Know your city, its cafes/bars and restaurants 
  • Exceed the budgeted departmental P&L 
  • Always operate a clean hygienic kitchen.
  • Ensure that you remain compliant with all local food hygiene legislation
  • Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S and Fire Safety compliance

YOU HAVE:
  • Experience working within the food industry 
  • Deep knowledge in cost management
  • A genuine interest and enthusiasm for food and service
  • A passion for trending Food concepts locally and elsewhere
  • Leadership skill to manage efficiently and motivate your team.
