Under 18's can stay in private rooms when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 18 can only stay in shared rooms if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or if they are part of a school group that has booked the entire dormitory and the teacher is in possession of the documentation outlined above. In Denmark, Ireland and Germany, unaccompanied children between the ages of 16 and 18 can stay in private rooms with the parental consent form completed and signed by their parents or legal guardian; and in the Netherlands as of 17 years of age.

All guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card in order to complete the check-in procedure. Guests are also required to show the card they completed the payment upon arrival. The property can only accommodate guests over 18 in shared dorms. Minors from 8 to 17 years old are accepted if accompanied by a parent/guardian. They are required to book an entire private dorm as they cannot share rooms with other guests outside their party.

Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.
