Under 18's can stay in private rooms when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Under 18’s can stay in shared rooms only if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or if they are part of a school group that has booked out the entire dorm room and the teacher has the required documentation outlined above. In Denmark, Ireland and Germany unaccompanied children from 16 to 18 years old can stay in private rooms with the parental consent form filled in and signed by their parents or legal guardian.

All guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card in order to complete the check-in procedure. Guests are also required to show the card they completed the payment upon arrival.
The property can only accommodate guests over 18 in shared dorms. Minors from 8 to 17 years old are accepted if accompanied by a parent/guardian. They are required to book an entire private dorm as they cannot share rooms with other guests outside their party.

Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.
