  • Subject to availability; cannot be combined with other offers or promo codes. Some blackout dates may apply.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed online via VoucherCart at https://staygenerator.vouchercart-res.com/welcome/enter-code and cannot be redeemed over the phone or on staygenerator.com
  • All vouchers must be redeemed prior to arrival
  • Valid on selected private rooms and private dorms. All double rooms are en-suite; private dorms are generally en-suite, except at Generator London, where shared bathrooms apply.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent
  • All bookings made with this voucher are final and cannot be changed or cancelled
  • The redeemed voucher value is non-refundable
  • If your booking exceeds the voucher value, the difference will be charged to the card provided before arrival
  • If an additional payment is made by card, the same card must be presented at check-in
  • All bookings are made in the property’s local currency; the voucher value is converted using the exchange rate on the day of booking, and the converted amount is shown during the reservation process
