It’s relatively safe to say that Gs de Pijp owns brunch in Amsterdam, and that they produce some top of the line Bloody Marys for those of you who are so inclined. They are famous for their unique takes on brunch classics like eggs benedict and French toast, served with classic brunch beverages and imaginative cocktails. (It’s worth noting that in addition to their delicious brunches on land, Gs hosts brunch on a boat every Saturday and Sunday.
