This is the birthplace of “New Nordic'' cuisine which gives a modern, elegant twist to traditional Scandinavian food and focuses on locally sourced ingredients. As well as sophisticated, high-end restaurants, you’ll find some of the best hamburgers outside of, er, Hamburg, plus a wide variety of fresh and delicious fast food.
