Events in Paris

Vive la France! If you’re in Paris in July, you’ll catch Bastille Day festivities. There are fireworks, parades and parties (but thankfully, no more chopping off heads) to celebrate the French Revolution’s victory.

In the same month, you can watch lycra-clad cyclists race to the finish line of the Tour de France.

Then there’s Fashion Week, where fashionistas and top models descend on Paris. It’s the perfect excuse to show off your Parisian style, bask in the glitz and glamour and go celeb-spotting in the city’s chicest bars.

For music lovers, Paris hosts a famous rock festival, Rock en Seine, as well as a plethora of musical events throughout the year, from jazz, hip-hop to electronic.
