This brewpub is made up of Danish brewery Mikkeller and American brewery 3 Floyds, who set out to create the best brewpub in the world. This has resulted in 22 unique Danish American beers on tap, brewed in house. The chef Andrew Hroza brings with him a past of cooking for Slipknot and Van Halen, not to mention catering at Hell’s Kitchen. In a modern bistro style, they serve tasty good organic food at a reasonable price. This establishment is where the chic young danes come. This is the brain child of Karsten Hoydal who thought it was time Copenhagen had an entirely organic restaurant in every form.
