Your-London-Guide_-London’s-Must-See-Spots-This-Season

London is truly the place to be in the autumn and winter. Seeing the iconic attractions such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Tower of London is way better when London is twinkling with the holiday decorations and all the festivities going on.

1. Christmas Lights Around London

The Christmas lights and decorations start going up from the beginning of November, the best of which are in Carnaby Street, Covent Garden and Kings Cross!

2. Discover the Vibe of Brick Lane

Beside all these great spots, the one area that has always and will always be number one for many, is none other than Brick Lane. Located in East London, Brick Lane is well-known for its hipster-looking vintage markets, curry houses, jazzy street art and nightlife. It also hosts the annual Brick Lane Jazz festival which is a total vibe! You’ll experience something like never before and get a real feel for what London truly is. Make sure you check out Beigel Bake and try the infamous salted beef bagel (you won’t regret it!).

3. Shop and Stroll at Coal Drops Yard

Not too far away from Generator London, you’ll find Coals Drop Yard (only just one stop away on the Piccadilly line), a shopping complex that is home to more than 50 shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Stroll by the canal, take in the views and go on a unique shopping experience supporting independent craftspeople and brands. You’ll often find pop-ups taking place too, that way you’ll get to broaden your horizons.

4. Experience the Magic of Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland is go-to spot when you’re in town, blending fun, adrenaline, music and food together in one place! Watch live performances as you sip on some mulled wine or hot chocolate, you’ll feel the vibes warm up your soul. If you’re really into theatre, November is the perfect time to visit, as your evenings will consist of watching top-notch shows in the West End and ending the night off in a cosy pub.

London in autumn and winter is all about enjoying good vibes and making memories. Whether you’re sipping mulled wine at Winter Wonderland or exploring the street art on Brick Lane, there’s always something going on. Staying at Generator London gives you a chill hangout spot to soak up the city’s magic and connect with other travelers. We can’t wait to see you!
