Can I change my booking?

If you chose the Flexible Rate option, you can easily make changes by reaching out to us through the methods on our <a href="~/information/contact-us">contact page</a> or by using our chat option when <a href="https://app.mews.com/navigator/sign-in" target="_blank">accessing your reservation</a>. Please note that this option is available if done more than 24 hours before check-in time. If you booked via a third party, please change your booking directly with them. If you paid for your booking in advance, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or amended.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you booked through our own website, you can cancel the booking yourself through the booking confirmation email you received by clicking on "Managing your booking". Alternatively, you can access your reservation <a href="https://app.mews.com/navigator/sign-in" target="_blank">here</a>. Please note that cancellation option is available if done more than 24 hours before check-in time. If you booked via a third party, please cancel your booking directly with them.
