We’d run to La Duquesita and you will too. It’s very picturesque store front makes this cosy bakery hard to miss and the perfect background for pictures. So, once you tear yourself away from taking selfies- be prepared to enter this bakery bliss.
Upon entry, you’ll be blessed with divine scents and scenes that will leave you completely lost for words.

LA MALLORQUINA

Puerta del Sol, 8, 28013 Madrid, Spain

La Mallorquina, a bakery that’s seen it all. With over a century of experience in creating sweet traditions, La Mallorquina is waiting to fill your stomach with happiness and joy. The downstairs patisserie bar is ideal for those in a rush, but for a more serene environment its best to head upstairs. Be prepared to exceed your sugar limit by giving into all things sweet.
It’s best to avoid visiting at busy times because this Spanish gem is extremely popular amongst locals and tourists.
