The canteen is distinctly un-Parisian in looks, it is light and airy with a concrete floor and not a checkered tablecloth, candlestick or breadbasket in sight. It’s a pricier option but it serves japanese-style boxes of goodness - think sesame tofu, pesto pork, piles of edamame, matcha cheesecakes - alongside coldpress juice cocktails and natural wines. The clientele, I’m sure you can imagine, is as beautiful as the food.
