How long can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

We will look after your luggage for as long as you are staying with us. If you want to leave your luggage before or after your stay, we recommend you to use our locker renting service. Lockers are available at every Generator.

At our Paramount Times Square location in New York, we’re happy to store your bags if you arrive early and need to drop them off. Luggage storage before check-in is $2 per bag. After check-out, the fee is $3 per bag. If you need to store your bags past midnight, the fee is $10 per night. All fees are payable by cash only to the bell attendants.
