Q: Are there hair dryers?

Our private single, twin and king rooms, as well as our female dorms, all come with hair dryers. Hairdryers are available in all properties for hire - deposit required but this differs per property, can be leaving an ID or doing a pre-authorization on the card. Ask at reception for more information.

Q: Can I get something delivered to my Generator?

Yes you can, just let the local reception team know if you're expecting a delivery.

Q: Is Wi-Fi free to use?

Of course! Make sure to tag <u><a href="https://www.instagram.com/staygenerator/">@staygenerator</a></u> in all your posts!

Q: Are the beds single or double?

The beds and bunks in our single, twin and dorm rooms are all standard single-size. Otherwise, you can get a king- or queen-sized bed, depending on the property. You can find out more about a room’s bed size and other amenities by looking at their room descriptions when on-site.

Q: Are there facilities for babies at generator?

Babies aged 3 years and younger can stay for free with their parents in private rooms. You can request for a baby cot before arrival, subject to availability. Simply <u><a href="~/information/contact-us">get in touch</a></u> with the local team.

Q: Are toiletries supplied?

Our single, twin and king rooms with en-suite bathrooms come with hand soap, shampoo and bodywash. We supply hand soap for dorms with private bathrooms and for all shared bathroom facilities.

Q: Do the rooms have lockers for storage?

We have free lockers in all of our dorm rooms. You can bring your own padlock or buy one at reception. Our average under-bed locker is approximately 93.8cm x 67cm x 28.8cm in size.

Q: Is all bed linen supplied?

Yes, we supply all your linen, bedding and pillows for all room categories.
